Update

On October 1, 2009, a jury in the United States District Court, Brunswick Division, returned a verdict in the amount of $150 million dollars in favor of Douglas Asphalt Company and its owners, Joel Spivey and Kyle Spivey. Douglas Asphalt was represented by Brent J. Savage of Savage, Turner, Kraeuter, Pinckney, Britt & Madison, and Kenneth Futch of Waycross, GA.
