Kathryn H. Pinckney
Kathryn was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1964. After graduating from Rhodes College in 1986, she attended law school at Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. While at Mercer, she was the Student Writing Editor of the Mercer Law Review from 1990-1991. She was the author of Note, "Florida Star v. B.J.F.: Can the State Regulate the Press in the Interest of Protecting the Privacy of Rape Victims", 41 Mercer Law Review 1061 (1990). She graduated and was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1991. Kathryn is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Kathryn concentrates in the areas of general civil trial practice, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, professional malpractice claims, medical negligence and insurance defense.
